Mohan Bir applied his military training to running the restaurants with the slick precision they are known for. His wife, Bandana Singh, a talented architect from JJ College in Mumbai, is the person behind the design of the restaurants. Aman Bir entered the business right after college. He looks after the operations and makes sure that everything runs like clockwork. His wife, Nupur helps out in the business
in the base kitchen and also helps as a wedding consultant with the group's North Park
Hotel and Hotel AB's in Chandigarh. Raj Bir is a Certified Public Accountant from the USA. After studying at the University of Texas at Austin, he worked with Deloitte & Touché, as an auditor. He now looks after the
operations in addition to accounts and the MIS of the whole group. He is married to Deepika, who
looks at the Group's base kitchen in the Industrial Area, Chandigarh.
As for the workforce, some employees have been with the Group for over two decades. Hot Millions has a professional workforce having been in the trade for over 25 years. Many of its old employees are now working overseas in countries like the USA, UK, Australia, Germany, New Zealand, Dubai etc and many are with MNC's in India. At Hot Millions we call this brotherhood the Hot Millions family. Once an employee always a member of the Hot Millions family. Hot Millions is a strong regional brand in North India and an ideal training ground for the young workforce. For students Hot Millions also offers part time jobs.

Hot Millions is now expanding its family by building up a franchisee network. There are already four Franchises, one in Mohali, one in Sector 35 Chandigarh, one in Ludhiana and one in Dharampur in Himachal Pradesh on the Shimla road. Each Franchise has two outlets each, one for fine dining with a bar /pub and one for a quick service family restaurant, except the franchise at Dharampur, however it does have additional items on its menu including breakfast items keeping in mind the traveler.
The Hot Millions Group has taken over the management of a three Star Hotel called Hotel North Park in Panchkula and Hotel AB's in Chandigarh.
Another addition to the group is their restaurant in Panchkula called the Cellar which is a lounge bar and a
fine dining multi cuisine restaurant and bar.
A super speciality Indian Restaurant called AB's (Named after the Chairman and Founding Father of the Group) was opened at Madhya Marg, in Sector 26 in Chandigarh. This location also consists of a Hip Bar and Nightclub called Rendezvous which is a part of AB's.
A boutique Hotel is up and running and has received a tremendous
response from the guests. To top it off an Oriental Bar & Restaurant
called aptly "AB's Oriental Lounge" has opened last year to rave
reviews. Six more restaurants are coming up within this year, two at
Ambala, Ludhiana and Jalandhar respectively.
Hot Millions has recently tied up for a joint venture with a company
in the United States called Earthen Grill Inc. to provide its culinary
and management expertise in the United States of America. One
restaurant in Gaithersburg is already operational and the other one started functioning from june 2007
